Genuine food experiences are created from clean ingredients that are produced locally and have flavours developed in the typical Karelian scenery with hills and groves under the midnight sun. With respect for nature, we create straightforward food from vendace, zander and perch caught from clean lakes; tasty berries, mushrooms and game found deep in the forest; free grazing cattle and free range eggs; wild herbs and honey from natural meadows; and the grain, vegetables and berries from organically cultivated fields.
